Ben Nutter is a co-founder of US Sports and Apparel, Inc. and has been a leader since its inception in 2014. He directs the company’s business development, sales, and overall growth. Mr. Nutter’s primary focus is providing customers with an excellent purchasing experience offering the latest in technologies and the best in quality at fair and competitive prices. With over 18 years of sales and management experience, Mr. Nutter has developed and inspired a dynamic and loyal company culture with excellent opportunities for both staff and customers.
In his free time, you’ll find Ben on the ice either playing hockey or coaching youth hockey. He is involved in many family activities including hockey, lacrosse, golf, dance, and traveling.
As a principal owner and company co-founder, Annie Nutter directs the financial, accounting, business services, and administrative teams at US. She also manages human resources and oversees legal and regulatory compliance. Annie works closely with department heads and supervisors to support the policies that promote the company culture as she keeps the financial, administrative, and purchasing functions on track. Ms. Nutter has 19 years in administration and marketing. She continually develops and fine-tunes the financial and administrative procedures and processes at US Sports and Apparel, Inc.
In her free time, you’ll find Annie coordinating and participating in a variety of activities with family and friends. She especially enjoys supporting her children’s sports and dance activities.
TJ LaPlante has been working at US for nine years. The focus of his work has been on honing the production capabilities of the company. He has been relentless in pursuing the most current production technologies, giving US an edge in production offerings. Mr. LaPlante has over 25 years of experience in sales and management, which he brings to his current position.
In his free time, TJ enjoys playing hockey and golf, both of which he finds to be enjoyable and challenging. He is a well-rounded individual who values his family, career, and hobbies.
Tina Harkness manages the day-to-day operations of the US production team which includes embroiderers, screen printers, and heat press and digital transfer operators. She has been with US for six years starting as an embroidery machine operator. Ms. Harkness quickly became proficient in all of the apparel decorating processes offered by US. Her focus has always been to provide garments and products that customers are proud to wear and use. She enjoys being part of a team that helps our customers’ vision unfold.
In her free time, Tina plays the bagpipes while marching in parades, or performing for weddings and funerals. And she is very partial to cats.
Jim Winske is a sales specialist with 28 years of experience promoting and producing custom branded goods such as embroidered, screen printing and promotional products.
In his free time, Jim is an avid harness racing enthusiast. He is a 2012 inductee into the New England Harness Racing Writers Hall of Fame.
Matt Metraw is an account representative with US who heads the high school market sector, specifically working with athletic directors, booster clubs, and school department heads. His focus is on providing top level service to his clients in filling their uniform, apparel, and team and facility equipment needs.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, and everything sports related.
Jessica Parker is an account representative with US who focuses on the youth sports leagues as well as corporate clients.
In her free time, Jess enjoys spending time with her family. In particular, she enjoys following her daughter’s college softball team either in person or streaming.
Elizabeth Van Orden is an account representative with US who focuses on the corporate market sector.
In her free time, you’ll find Elizabeth leading her daughter’s girl scout troop. She especially enjoys spending time with her children.
Ryan Soldo is the web services manager for US. Mr. Soldo has been with US in a variety of capacities for six years. With a passion for creativity and a knack for designing and building online stores, Ryan thrives in the dynamic and constantly evolving field of digital content as it relates to the custom decoration industry.
In his free time, you’ll find Ryan on the golf course or at the lacrosse fields. Ryan enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
